How much is shipping?
Shipping is free across India on most lights. Chandeliers, floor lamps and ceiling lights have a flat shipping charge of ₹1,000, shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 2 to 3 working days. Delivery usually takes 5 to 10 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. You will receive tracking details once your order ships.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We replace items free of charge if they arrive damaged or wrong.
What if my light arrives broken?
Record a video while opening the parcel, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, the video and photos. We will replace it free of charge.
Do you give a GST invoice?
Yes, a GST invoice is provided with every order.
Do you provide installation?
We do not provide installation. Please use a qualified electrician to install your light.
Can I buy in bulk, or as a showroom, designer or contractor?

Do you ship outside India?
No, we currently ship within India only.
